Had a great time. I took my parents visiting me from Canada. At first I thought it'd be catered to mainly older people, but I had a blast because the staff were pleasant, food was good, views were nice, ans the entertainment was great.
Went to this cruise with family, had an amazing experience, great ambience with unlimited drinks and beautiful views of Istanbul/Bosphorus to enjoy. Tradational dance show was spectacular! Staff was very helpful, atleast one ofthem was always around amd made sure that we are taken care of thhroughout the tour. Multiple food options were available for dinner like kebabs, fish and vegeterian, we ordered kebabs and fish options for the family, fish was just really amazing. We paid for the convenience of being picked up from our hotel, but we were late informed that our Hotel was on the Asian side of Istanbul so we are not covered, instead we were offered to be picked up from somewhere in European side (close to SultanAhmet to Taksim areas). We managed to make it to a hotel near Kadikoy ferry station. It was a bit of a hassle for us to get this arranged with with the operator but still pick & drop worth every penny especially during the rush hours time of istanbul. Overall experience was great, I will definitely recommend this night cruise, it was family friendly and especially if you are staying on European side you get a pick & drop service from the convenience of your hotel! it was a very nice night dinner with the team and all arrangements were good including food. People were so nice and their hospitality was really amazing. Our special thanks to Molka for her support.
We had a great time. The boat was nearly full when full it must be a tight squeeze though. The dancers and entertainment was very good and a good mix of traditional and fun dances. I will say though the belly dancer was not so good she reminded me more of a girl from a strip club, trying to get people to put money in her bra and top of her dress to dance for them. Food was nice, little bit tight with the portions. The service was first class bravo to the waiting staff. And the photographer. BE WARNED we paid 50 euro each for the night with no alcohol and we had the option of 70 euro with alcohol if we wanted. But I spoke to other passengers and they had been charged as much as 100 euro each for exactly the same as us and this to me is not right. We booked from our hotel and we saw the prices on the official brochure. So be aware before booking this boat trip. Pick up and drop off were very good in a comfortable mini bus.
As soon as u are seated your bill arrives and u pay either for an alcohol package or just soft beverage package. The cruise doesn't budge until its full. I asked for a tea and was told "No ! Not now!" after coughing up almost over 1700+TL for myself and sister. The appetisers are ok, while ur eating them you are asked for ur choice of main chicken,fish,meat ,my sister choose fish and she had a med sized fish served with some steamed veggies on the side, i ordered meatballs and got 6 meat cutlets to eat with white rice it was dry i would've preferred a curry atleast with the so called meatballs with rice. Then you are ushered upstairs to the upper deck pretty much for the rest of the tour, the live entertainment was good. It was then that i finally got served tea and when our turn came to get desset(fruitplate) i was told "sorry finished!" İn between the entertainment the photographer that has taken pictures of u arrives with ur framed photos and offers you a package again at a ridiculous price. They serve u ice cream and then tell u pay 100 liras for 3 mini dollops of icecream ina a small cup. If your going to celebrate a special occassion or bday please do not use this company. My sister and i met after 4 years and i personally would've liked to have better service and better food . 3 stars for the entertainment troupes that did their gig.
