The waiter was very personable, efficient and helpful...even if English was not his language.
It was a 3-course meal which was mediocre but that's usually how it is in these types of excursions. You can't expect too much food wise because the entertainment makes up for it.
Communication is done via Whatsapp and is very fast and clear on instructions.
Please note: The driver was a little late but that is because they pick up people along the way in a big coach. I thought it was a private car, but it's actually a big coach that takes you to the boat.
I highly recommend you buy tickets from this place as it's the cheapest but still gives you a 5* service and quality.
